Taxman Property Valuation Calculator for 2008

You can use the calculator below to find out how much the taxman thinks a property is worth. It is currently only available for Andalucia, but we will be expanding it soon to other areas.

You will need:

• The Cadastral Value (from the latest IBI receipt for the property)
• The municipality and province in which the property is located

If you are buying or selling a property, make sure your lawyer checks the minimum figures the taxman expects you to declare before signing the deeds. This will avoid you nasty surprises! If you don't have a lawyer, and wish that we recommend you one in your area, please contact us.
