Q. What is the average mortgage loan spread when buying a property in Spain for or through an offshore company? i.e. 80%mortgage capital -20% balance, 70%-30% 60%-40%? Thank you

    A. Dear Sir,

There is not a fixed percentage you are eligible for when purchasing a property through an offshore company. However, being the offhsore company non-resident, it is unlikely that 80% will be lent. The percentage is more likely to be around 60% of the valuation price.
