HOLTON ESTATES, a new ´company´operating from Torremolinos, is targeting timeshare owners with the purpose of defrauding them once again. We have received an email from a timeshare owner telling us that a person acting for Holton Estates has confirmed there is a buyer for the potential victim´s timeshare and ask for 2.648 Euros to register the timeshare in
the E.E.C. Land Registration Centre.

We will process the denunciation with the Spanish National Police Fraud Group in order to ensure this criminal organisation is dismantled and the people responsible for this new scam prosecuted accordingly.
