Residence Permit

This service is provided primarily to non-EU citizens. Non EU citizens are required to apply for a residence permit if they intend to live in Spain for more than 90 days. The aim of the service is to guide, assist and represent an applicant for Spanish residency in any of its forms through the bureaucratic jungle.

What does it include?

This service includes the following:

• Analysis of the particular circumstances of the applicant.
  
• Advice on the best way to achieve the objective
  
• Arrangement of the documents required for the application
  
• Acquisition and filling in of the official forms needed for the application
  
• Escorting and assistance in the submision of the application
  
• Follow up of the case

Before you Start

You will need to provide the following:

• A valid passport.
  
• A Residence visa in force.
  
• Criminal record certificate issued by your home country's authorities (it is advisable to have it clean)
  
• Proof of previous legal residence of the foreigner in Spain e.g. a long-term rental contract or receipts for rent.
  
• Proof of earning enough income (i.e. around 700 € monthly)
  
• Proof that your health assistance is guaranteed during your residence in Spain.
• If the residence permit is for family reunification you will need to provide documents that prove the exisitng relationship between the family members (e.g. marriage certificate for the spouse)
