Who is it indended for?
Non-resident property owners are recommended to appoint a fiscal representative in Spain to arrange the payment of the taxes levied on the property. This recommendation becomes a requirement if the non-resident owns more than one property in Spain.
What does it include?
We assist in acquiring and filing all the necessary documents for payment of these taxes, all within a required period of time.
Before you Start
We will require from
each of the owners the following:
Full name
- NIE Number
- Number of properties owned (totally or partially)
For each property:
- Property Address
- Percentage of ownership on the property
- Valor Catastral of the property (can be obtained from your last IBI receipt)
- Referencia Catastral of the property (can be obtained from your last IBI receipt)
- Property purchase price shown on the deeds
- Outstanding mortgage on the property as of December 31st of the last year (or for the year the tax needs to be paid).
